Logan City Council recently opened the Rail Trail Have Your Say survey webpage but chose to use a blatantly doctored map that didn’t include Palm Lake Resort.
As you are aware, we are their largest and most vocal opposition to a “section” of the rail trail.
How could we possibly not appear on this map when our streets have appeared on every map published in the last 30 years and also google maps?
We have been a large part of Logan’s economy and population for over 30 years but now we don’t exist.
Obviously Logan City Council don’t want the people of Logan to know about the horror situation that they are trying to put us in.
How can we trust anything that council says or does if they are willing to do this just to get a project through?
We feel even more victimised now and it is straight up elder abuse.
Palm Lake Resort and the people of Logan need your newspaper to do a story on this and hold LCC accountable for their decisions.
