Devon Pixies Tea House at Logan Village is giving one lucky reader the chance to experience high tea at their premises.
High tea is $45 per person and includes a mocktail on arrival, a trio of hot savoury bites, dainty triangle sandwiches with four fillings, two petit scones with organic strawberry jam and thick dollop cream, a decorated cupcake and a trio of sweet treats.
The tea house, a little hidden from the mainstream, has been a place of rest and relaxation since 2012 and offers somewhere for special celebrations, or just simply catching up.
“We provide a unique handmade high tea experience, using locally blending teas including our own special Devon Pixies blend,” owner Arwen McGregor said.
“Focusing on a traditional high tea experience, I make our cakes, slices and scones on site from traditional recipes. This means that I am easily able to adapt our menus to suit dietary requirements such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and low sugar.
“I can also make a raw food high tea as a special request.”
Tables are set with rose pattern table cloths, vintage trio tea cup sets, glasses, side knife and cake fork. Special spoons are provided for jam and cream.
