New police vehicles fitted with vibrations sirens have been rolled out in Logan.
The “rumbler” vibration sirens will allow people in the vicinity of a police car to feel its approach, as well as hear it, using low frequency sound waves through large subwoofers.
The L300 Landcruisers have also been fitted out with “state-of-the-art” communication systems, safety devices, innovative storage, and command planning equipment, along with search and specialist lighting.
