Queensland crime statistics reveal 30,225 criminal offences have already been recorded in the Logan area this year, and it’s only August.
Crime stats for the city of Logan totalled 43,341 for the entirety of 2022, with 39, 248 offences recorded for the 2021 calendar year, indicating this year’s crime rate is ahead of schedule.
In comparison to other outlying Brisbane areas, these stats are high, with the north Brisbane area of Moreton recording 24,520 offences this year so far, Ipswich recording 18, 263.
