Nine people were on Saturday night taken to hospital following a three-car crash at South Maclean.
The driver of a Hyundai, a woman in her 20s, was the most seriously hurt with life-threatening head, stomach, and pelvis injuries.
Police said one car, a white Ford Falcon, was carrying five people. Each of the other two cars had two people inside.
The crash was on an intersection on Teviot Rd at around 8pm.
Injuries to the other eight people were minor, police said.
Police urge anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who has CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident to contact them.
Police said in a media release that investigations into the crash are ongoing, specifically whether speed was a factor in the crash.
