Severe rental pain in Logan is easing in several of the city’s worst-off suburbs.
Suburbs like Eagleby, Kingston and Logan Central, which usually feature in realestate research company Suburbtrends’ rental pain report, but were noticeably absent this month.
Rental unaffordability remains high in Woodridge, however, with at a maximum score of 100 due to a low vacancy rate and proportionally high rental prices.
