A grass fire in Jimboomba has filled the air with smoke and rained ash onto locals.
The fire, around 50 metres squared, was in the padock behind Jimboomba Coles near the old railway tracks.
Fire crews were called to the scene at 10.45am, and by 11.20am the fire was extinguished.
A QFES spokesperson said the cause of the fire is unknown.
