We want all this pandemic stuff to be over.
Everyone does.
The harsh reality remains that there are a number of steps for us to take before we can liberally do the things we’ve become accustomed to as a promised land.
The only thing certain is that we’ll face uncertainty for at least some months yet.
There is a possibility of further lockdown in our region.
And federal health chiefs say the initial phases of a vaccine rollout are more than a month away.
The full process of vaccinating the bulk of the population could take many months.
It is uncertain whether a vaccine will stop the disease from spreading.
Then, there are new strains. It is uncertain whether vaccine will work against all types of Covid-19.
Sadly, it’s an uncertain world. The best we can do is prepare ourselves for uncertainty as best we can, and look forward to the restoration of normality. Soon.
