Students at Beenleigh State High School are preparing for the annual Paddock to Plate Luncheon.
The fundraiser showcases the school’s agriculture, hospitality, and arts departments as they collaborate to design, prepare, and serve a multi-course gourmet meal to more than 250 local community members, business leaders, and politicians. [
A significant portion of the menu relies directly on ingredients raised or grown on the school’s 10-hectare campus.
The lunch is held at the school from 11.30am-3.15pm on Friday, 21 August. Tickets are $150. Book tickets via trybooking.
