Police are searching for a man who robbed a service station at Slacks Creek on Monday.

At around 5am on 2 June, a hooded man approached the Kingston Road service station night-service window and demanded money from the store employees.

Police say the man indicated he had a gun.

“The 27-year-old female employee handed the man cash from the till through the window, before he fled on foot,” a police statement read.

“The man did not gain entry to the store and no one was injured during the incident.

“Investigations continue.”

Police are appealing to members of the public to come forward with any relevant information, including dash camera footage on or around Kingston Rd, Slacks Creek, between 4.30-5.30am on Monday 2 June.
