A person has died after a car he was passenger in crashed into a tree and fence at Crestmead.
Two others, including the driver, have been hospitalised.
Police said a vehicle was traveling along Bumstead Road at 9.30pm on 9 October when it “left the roadway and collided with a large gum tree before hitting a fence”.
Paramedics said six units responded to the crash, where they treated three people.
One was a male passenger with life-threatening injuries.
He died at the scene, police said.
The two others treated were a man in his late teens with head and stomach injuries, and a man in his 20s with stomach injuries.
Both were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
“Investigators are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam or vision to contact police,” police said.
“Forensic Crash Unit investigations remain ongoing.”
