The third Logan Writers Festival, celebrating the power of the written word and Logan’s vibrant literary community, begins on 9 June.
The theme of this year’s festival is “journey” – symbolising the adventures all writers go on to create their stories.
The event will feature a range of industry-expert speakers, guests, panels and activities for people of all ages.
Speakers will share their tips on
-writing captivating mystery stories
-navigating adversity
-crafting tales for young readers
-delving into the world of audiobooks and podcasts, and
-exploring the intricacies of the publishing industry.
Held at the Logan West Community Centre, the festival is from 9am to 4pm on June 9-10.
