Northern Logan residents will soon benefit from public transport upgrades at Rochedale station as the first building structures are put in place.
Two 11-metre-high lift shaft towers for the new bus station and park ‘n’ ride have been installed.
The lift towers, pre-assembled offsite and lifted into place by a 110-tonne crane, will be joined by a 36-metre-long pedestrian
overpass that will provide connect the station plaza with the bus platforms.
The project is expected to be complete by late-2024.
