Logan Hospital has introduced face-to-face Maybo training for staff delivered on site to ensure a culture of safety for staff and patients.
Senior Safety WVA Consultant Toni Connolly said the training aimed “To help staff recognise risks early, respond with confidence, and de-escalate situations before they become physical.”
Regular training sessions will be available to support staff in developing conflict management skills.
