A needle-free flu vaccine is now available for young children, offering families a simpler option this flu season.
Logan City Council has introduced the nasal spray vaccine for children aged two to five at its community immunisation clinics, running from March through to September.
The rollout is part of a broader push to boost vaccination rates, with free flu shots available for all Queenslanders over six months.
The council has also increased nursing staff to meet demand and make clinics more accessible for local families.
