Woodridge has been named as the mortgage default capital of Queensland.
A recent report by Moody’s Ratings claimed the Logan suburb was home to the most 30-days or more delinquencies in the state at 4.19 per cent.
Woodhill was ranked third with a delinquency level of 3.13% per cent.
On the other hand, Rochedale South proved to be the best-performing suburb in the city and one of the best across the state, with a default score of just 0.26 per cent.
The majority of delinquencies in the state are in southeast Queensland, the report claims.
