A man has reportedly been shot by police at Marsden Park Shopping Centre.
Police told MyCity Logan that the man was rushed to Logan Hospital in a critical condition.
Despite some media reports which said the man had been shot dead, police said they were only able to report that the man had been in a critical condition.
Police said they went to the shopping centre at around 4.45pm this afternoon (Friday) after being told of a disturbance.
“There is no ongoing threat to the community and no one else has been injured,” a police spokeswoman has told media.
No other information was yet available.
