A man, 43, has died after being airlifted to hospital following a truck crash at Mundoolun last week.
At around 2pm on 8 July, a white Ford Ranger travelling west on Collins Creek Road “crashed into a white Mitsubishi Canter travelling east”, according to police.
The driver and sole occupant of the Mitsubishi, a Hope Island man aged 43, was airlifted to hospital where he died a short time later.
The driver and sole occupant of the Ford, a 20-year-old JImboomba man, was also hospitalised, with non-life-threatening injuries.
