Logan teen charged over alleged SE QLD break-in spree

Investigations into a series of break-ins across Logan, Brisbane and Ipswich have led to a local teen being charged.

Police allege the 16-year-old was involved in several break and enters of businesses in Browns Plains, Boonah, Springfield Lakes, South Brisbane and Brassall between 9 and 23 January.

The teen was taken into custody “without incident” following a search warrant executed at a Park Ridge property on 24 January, police said in a statement.

He has been charged with 21 counts of enter premises and commit, three counts of receive tainted property and one count of stealing.
