Adults can turn small stones into pocket-sized artworks at a slow arts and crafts workshop at Kingston this month.
Slow Arts and Crafts Saturdays: Create your own kindness stones will be held at 2pm on Saturday 27 June at the Living Museum of Logan, 270 Jacaranda Avenue, Kingston.
Logan Arts says facilitator Panayiota will lead the beginner-friendly workshop, with participants exploring rock art on rocks, pebbles and “kindness stones”.
Participants will be able to see samples of the facilitator’s work and create their own designs on small natural canvases.
All materials will be supplied, and participants will receive a handout for home use.
The workshop runs for two hours, costs $15, with no transaction fee, and is listed for adults.
