Teachers working at Logan schools can access a free online workshop aimed at using artificial intelligence to adapt lessons for mixed-ability classrooms.
Logan-based UiLab will hold its Teacher AI Toolkit: Differentiation Without the Overload webinar from 3.30pm-4.30pm on Monday 31 August.
The session will examine ways teachers can use AI to adjust language, scaffolding, independence and response options while retaining a common learning objective.
UiLab says the workshop will also cover AI-assisted planning, assessment and administration and the ethical use of the technology in education.
Registration is free for educators who work at a school within the City of Logan, while teachers outside Logan pay $10 plus a booking fee.
An optional recording costs $5 plus a fee. Attendees can receive one hour of professional-development recognition and a certificate of attendance.
Registrer via Humanitix.
