New research has found Logan’s property prices have increased by 106.9% over the last six years.
However, Raywhite’s chief economist Nerida Conisbee said the growth, recorded by research group Neoval between May 2019 and May 2025, was “very extreme” and unlikely to continue at this rate over the next six years.
