Very interesting that the Premier wishes to make a treaty with the Queensland First Nations representatives.
The list is apparently, according to Wikipedia, to be a couple of hundred.
One would suppose each of these would have to make a treaty within themselves, settling all disputes particularly about boundaries.
Will the Premier make a treaty that is equitable and acceptable to each of them?
Labor hides behind the LNP’s withdrawal but has the parliamentary numbers to legislate, as they did with sending juveniles to the watch-house.
Victoria is proceeding with a treaty as they have the power.
