Who are the people behind shaping the bright young minds of tomorrow?
Emmaus College’s purpose and mission flows from our Christian heritage and partnership between the Anglican, Uniting, Catholic and Lutheran churches.
The school’s motto is “Walking With Christ” and at Emmaus that means a lot. It is known to the students, parents and the wider community and it is a very powerful ethos that underpins the college.
Emmaus is a vibrant enterprise with a warm, caring, and welcoming atmosphere. The college embraces change through the energy and innovation of teachers, students, and parents, all working together to maximise student learning.
This strong group of people provide the cornerstone for progress and success, ensuring that all students are looking to their future with optimism.
They are proud to give their young people this foundation as they are the minds that will shape our collective future.
This year the college had a particular focus on being courageous, of looking to the future with a hope-filled attitude that seeks to permeate meaningful and relevant learning experiences that are connected to the lives of young people.
It is the school’s belief that if students see value in learning they will flourish and become professional learners in this ever-changing world.
In this way, 2023 at Emmaus will help students with their personal quest of developing new knowledge and skills, greater self-confidence, a personal and national identity, and an understanding of their role in a globalised world.
This is achieved through well-crafted academic, sporting, spiritual and cultural programs whose success is dependent upon positive relationships that connect students with each other, their
families, and their teachers.
Open Mornings will be held each term in 2023 on Wednesday February 15, May 3, August 16 and October 11.
Families are encouraged to lodge enrolment applications now for Prep and Year 7 2024, 2025 and 2026.
