New Beith Baptist Church is hosting a free community event on Easter Sunday (9 April).
Suitable for all ages, the event will include an Easter egg hunt, an Easter bonnet parade, face painting, free sausage sizzle, prizes and competitions such as football kicking and colouring in.
Those who attend will hear a sermon from international evangelist Hughie Pitman as well as a performance by the New Beith Baptist Church Choir.
“Easter is a time for hope,” Mr Pitman said.
“We just feel that after what everyone has been through the last couple of years, it would be nice to do a free community event.
“For those who are lonely or those with their family… this will be a great event to do things together.”
The church is anticipating high numbers so the event has been moved from its regular spot in New Beith church to Everleigh Park car park.
The event will kick off at 9:30am at Everleigh Park on Easter Sunday (9 April).
