A woman nearly died after she crashed her electric scooter into a traffic island at Logan Central on Monday.
It is believed the 44-year-old woman was travelling north along Welbeck Street on her e-scooter when she hit a traffic island and crashed.
She received life-threatening head injuries and was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in critical condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
