Magnus Health is proud to have taken home not one, but two awards at this year’s Logan Business Distinction Awards, winning the Health & Wellbeing Award (Large) and the Business Excellence Award (Large Company).
Magnus Health was founded in 2019 by psychologist Shelley Jacks, who saw a need to help people with complex mental health and behavioural issues lead happier, more self-directed lives. Today, Magnus is the leading provider of NDIS support for people with complex mental health, delivering Supported Independent Living, 24-hour care and community access support to more than 60 participants across South East Queensland.
This win belongs first to our participants, the individuals we support every day as they work towards their goals and live happier, more independent lives. Every decision we make starts with them, and it’s their courage and their stories that give our work its purpose.
It belongs just as much to our Team and support worker crew, who are on the ground every day and every night, through early mornings, late shifts and everything in between, showing up with patience, skill and heart so the people we support can live safely, confidently and on their own terms. Their dedication is the real reason Magnus Health stands where it does today.

Disability Support Work
Individualised support tailored to each participant’s needs, interests and aspirations, with a focus on finding the right support worker and building meaningful connections.
Forensic Group Programs
Working alongside Corrections and the courts to help individuals understand behavioural triggers, develop strategies for change and support successful reintegration into the community.
Professional Training
In-person and online training for organisations and Disability Support Workers, including professional boundaries, communication and the skills needed to provide effective, respectful support.
