Logan City Council wants people to comment on a five-year plan which shapes its commitment to arts, culture and heritage.
The blueprint was developed after what council claims was extensive consultation with residents, community groups, cultural practitioners and other stakeholders.
But if you weren’t one of them, the draft strategy can be found on the council’s “have your say” platform until April 2.
Mayor Darren Power said arts, culture and heritage played an important role in the fabric of the community.
“A community that values its creativity and heritage knows itself and its strengths,” he said.
“Embracing those strengths will help us face future challenges, embrace new ideas, and create a proud, connected and healthy city.”
The draft strategy addresses five priorities, to build and develop, inspire and engage, activate places and spaces, partner and collaborate, and communicate and celebrate.
