Free consumer clinics are heading to Metro South Community Health Centres at Beenleigh, Browns Plains and Eight Mile Plains.
The clinics, running until December this year, will enable locals to learn more about advance care planning (ACP) and receive support to complete Queensland ACP documents, including the Enduring Power of Attorney, Advance Health Directive and Statement of Choices.
