A car crashed into a suburban backyard pool in Shailer Park on the morning of Friday 25 August.
A woman and a child were able to free themselves from the car before emergency services arrived.
Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the scene, and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the traffic incident.
