Buyers captivated by Yarrabilba beauty

An ex-Metricon display home in Yarrabilba has garnered widespread interest.

10 Vantage Lane has been owned by an interstate investor for almost seven years and rented for most of that time.

Over 340 properties have sold in Yarrabilba in the past 12 months, with more than 80 selling in the last 30 days.
