Which women Inspire you the most?
Brené Brown is my guru! Her work on vulnerability, courage, and leadership has deeply shaped the way I approach both life and business. She teaches that true strength comes from embracing imperfection, showing up with authenticity, and leading with empathy—all values I strive to embody every day.

Beyond Brené, I’m constantly inspired by the incredible women around me—those who show resilience, support each other, and pursue their passions fearlessly. Whether it’s the women in our Pilates community, my friends, or my family, I see strength, kindness, and determination in so many forms, and that’s what truly motivates me.

What would you tell your younger self if you could?
I would tell my younger self everything I teach my own children —be fearless, take chances, and never be afraid to put yourself out there, especially when ou’re passionate about something.

Life is too short to let fear hold you back. The things that scare you the most are often the ones that lead to the greatest growth. My daughter embodies everything I wish I could bottle and share with the world—confidence, charisma, intelligence, and ambition.

Was there a defining moment when you knew this was the right direction for you?
There have been many moments that reassured me I was on the right path, but one defining moment stands out. Watching members walk through the doors—some hesitant, some seeking change, and others simply looking for a place to belong—and then seeing their transformation, both physically and mentally, has been truly inspiring.

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?
International Women’s Day is a celebration of strength, resilience, and the power of women lifting each other up. It’s a reminder that every woman—no matter her background or journey—deserves to feel empowered, supported, and seen.

For me, it’s about creating spaces where women feel confident in their own skin, where they can move, grow, and thrive together. At Club Pilates Cornubia, I see this every day—women showing up for themselves, inspiring each other, and proving that strength isn’t just about muscles, but about courage, connection, and self-belief.
