A community art workshop in Logan will invite residents to create bird-inspired works for an upcoming gallery exhibition.
The session will be held at Berrinba Wetlands from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, 18 April led by artist Rachael Lee.
Participants will learn to paint bird silhouettes using ink and botanical materials on watercolour paper.
Selected pieces will be displayed in Logan Art Gallery’s Where do I belong? exhibition.
The initiative is supported through state arts funding programs aimed at strengthening regional culture.
Bookings are required to attend the workshop.
