Ban the madness on Halloween

While I am very much in favour of kids having fun and entertainment but, in my opinion, Halloween is not the correct way of teaching kids how to have fun.

On the evening of Halloween, I was rudely interrupted by a lot of noise outside my house.

There were some out of control kids banging on my security door and ringing my front doorbell.

And a mother was observing what these children were doing and did nothing to control
them.

By the way my security door is now out of shape and the locking system has to be adjusted.

The front doorbell has lost its little screw that fits to the inside of the door.

This Halloween must be the most stupid idea for kids having fun.

I do know that when my grandson was two years old he got such a fright when he
saw this skeleton appearing in front of him.

He was very upset.

What about the lollies that the kids collect?

How good is that for their teeth!

You would almost think that the dentists have a deal with these lollies companies.

If parents want their children to have fun why don’t they spend their money in a more sensible way?

Why do we have to follow the American way?

Halloween upsets many people.

I am a 83-year-old woman.

The banging on my front door was very frightening for me.

I now have to get a handman in to fix the damage done to my door.

Halloween invites a lot of distress to many children and people.

It should be banned!
