A Beenleigh man and a South Maclean woman have died after a motorcycle left the road and struck a tree at Beenleigh.
Queensland Police said emergency services were called to Milne Street shortly after 7.30pm on Friday 14 August.
Police said a green Kawasaki ZX-6R Ninja motorcycle had left the roadway and collided with a tree.
The rider, a 46-year-old Beenleigh man, and his pillion passenger, a 22-year-old South Maclean woman, both died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
