Eagleby-based Zarraffa’s Coffee has opened a new drive-through shop at Logan Central, with the outlet expected to provide up to 30 jobs.
The store is operating out of the Logan Central Plaza carpark at 38–74 Wembley Road, and has a drive-through and walk-up ordering window rather than a conventional sit-down café.
The outlet is led by franchisee Justin Fu, who joined the network after buying his first Zarraffa’s store at Toowong in 2005. He has since expanded to operate several locations.
“Zarraffa’s has always been about more than coffee, it’s about building relationships with customers and being part of the local community,” Mr Fu said.
“We are very much looking forward to bringing that same approach to our Logan Central store, to create a space where locals can enjoy great coffee and feel connected.”
The store expects to create up to 30 local jobs as its team grows.
Zarraffa’s Coffee chief executive Marnie Sheldon said franchisees played an important role in the business’s expansion.

The Logan Central outlet trades from 5am to 8pm daily, with public-holiday hours of 6am to 6pm and is Zarraffa’s 87th store nationally.
