A Victorian woman, 51, has died after two cars collided on School Road at Logan Reserve at the weekend.
Police said their initial investigations indicated a grey Ford Focus and a silver Ford Falcon ute collided about 9pm on Saturday, 4 April.
The Victorian woman was a passenger in the Ford Focus.Â
The driver of the Focus, a 28-year-old Goodna man, and a two-year-old girl, also a passenger in the Focus, were not physically injured and were assessed at the scene by emergency services.
The driver of the ute, a Logan Reserve woman, 17, was also not physically injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is now leading the investigation, working to determine how the crash happened and what factors may have contributed to the fatal incident.
At a media conference about the crash acting inspector Peter Venz said investigators were focusing on the movements of the Ford Falcon ute prior to the crash and were appealing for any witnesses or dashcam footage.
He said police were particularly interested in anyone who may have seen the vehicle travelling along School Road or nearby streets before the collision, urging them to come forward as inquiries continue.
