Logan will receive 18 new police officers as part of a cohort of 123 constables sworn into the Queensland Police Service this week.
The officers graduated in one of the largest intakes in recent years and will be deployed across Queensland.
In addition to Logan and the Gold Coast, 25 officers will be stationed in Brisbane, 23 in the Northern Region, including Townsville and Mount Isa, and 17 in Far North Queensland, including Cairns, Innisfail and Thursday Island.
The latest graduation brings the total number of new sworn officers since October 2024 to 1,561.
The recruits range in age from 18 to 51 and come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including defence, emergency services, health, trades and education.
Police said the new constables would begin duties immediately in their allocated regions, joining local stations to support frontline operations and respond to community safety needs.
