A man has died after becoming stuck in mud at a Waterford boat ramp.
Police and paramedics said they were called to Albert Street boat ramp at around 12.30am this morning (12 December) after reports that a Tanah Merah man, 34, was stuck in mud.
Emergency services freed the man and took him to shore for medical treatment, police said in a statement.
He was then taken to Logan Hospital for additional treatment but died a short time later.
Police said their investigations into the matter were ongoing.
