The Beenleigh Cane Parade and gala ball is back for 2021 after a Covid hiaitus.
“And it’s going to be sweeter than ever,” Rotary Club president-elect Heather Kucks said.
The event will be back on October 16.
“This event has long been on our list of great community events to bring back, and we’re thrilled to finally have the opportunity to bring this back to the Beenleigh community,” Ms Kucks said.
“The morning will see the heart of Beenleigh come alive with floats, groups and bands making their way through our streets in the Beenleigh Cane Parade.”
The event has been known to attract visitors from Brisbane and the Gold Coast to enjoy the festivities.
“As the sun sets over the local cane fields, Beenleigh Event Centre will open their doors with a feast for the senses, the Gala Ball will offer the finest of all things local, along with a chance to dust off the dancing shoes,” Ms Kucks said.
“We want to see your sweet moves!
