A cluster of suspiciously-lit fires at apartments in Logan Central overnight has left police searching for answers.
According to police, a person visited an apartment complex on Defiance Road at about 3.30am on 10 November.
Police say they believe the man entered the downstairs garage of a unit where two fires were lit.
“The person then entered the garage of the neighbouring unit and lit another fire, before igniting the front garden of the next-door house,” a statement read.
Emergency services arrived on scene later and extinguished the fires, and police declared a crime scene.
Both garages were damaged. Nobody was injured.
Police are now appealing to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity, or has any relevant information, CCTV or dash-camera footage in the area around the time of the fires.
Investigations are continuing.
