Almost 100 jobs have been created with the opening of a new Guzman y Gomez restaurant at Logan Central today.
The popular Mexican fast food chain, with its newest location at on the corner of Kingston Road and Wembley Road, is offering $5 burritos and bowls until 10pm today to celebrate the opening.
The store said in a statement that the opening marked a “significant
milestone for the fast-growing expansion of GYG”.
“GYG are thrilled to be bringing jobs to the local area, with almost 100 crew hired,” the statement read.
