Police are searching for a fourth person they suspect was involved in 2024 alleged attempted murder, almost a year after two Logan residents were charged.
Two men, a 27-year-old from Woodridge and a 23-year-old from Crestmead, were charged in September last year with the attempted murder of a man in Bellmere in August 2024.
A third person, a 32-year-old from Belmont, was charged in February 2025.
“It is alleged that around 1am on 29 August, 2024, police and emergency services were called to a Peggy Road address following reports a 39-year-old man had been shot,” police said in a statement.

“The man was transported to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition.
“Following investigations at the time, officers arrested and charged three men in relation to the incident however believe there may still be a fourth person outstanding.”
All three men were remanded in custody, according to police, and investigations are ongoing.
“Anyone with information or vision, including CCTV and dashcam, of the area is urged to contact police.”
