The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe thunderstorm warning this afternoon for parts of Logan.
The warning forecasts large hail, destructive winds, and heavy rainfall, potentially leading to flash flooding.
At 2:50 pm, meteorologists detected a very dangerous thunderstorm near Inglewood and Millmerran, moving eastward.
Boonah and Beaudesert are expected to be affected by 3:50 pm with Logan to be affected by 5pm.
