Win family tickets to Logan Tenpin Bowl

Bowl on championship lanes, with real pins that don’t get pulled up by a string.

This week, MyCity Logan has teamed up with Logan City Tenpin to give two families the opportunity to have a day out at the lanes.

We’re offering family passes for two adults and two children who’ll each get two games and free shoe hire.

To enter the competition, email your name, mailing address and contact number to prize@mycitylogan.com.au with “LOGAN TENPIN” in the subject line.

In the body of the email, answer the following question: What is the perfect score in tenpin bowling?

  • Please note: entries with the wrong subject line will not be valid.
  • The competition closes at 5pm on Monday, March 22, and the winner will be notified by phone or email by 5pm Tuesday March 23.
  • Terms and conditions are at mycitylogan.com.au

Logan City Tenpin has some great deals for social bowlers, including birthday parties and other fun functions which set up a day of fun bowling, arcade games, fun food and bumper cars.

There are light weight balls for the kids, plus staff are always ready to help make the party more enjoyable for everyone.

For those who want to take bowling to the next level, there are a variety of competitions, starting with Bowl Patrol aimed at primary school aged children who want to learn the basic skills of tenpin bowling over an 8-week period with qualified coaches.

Coaching is also available at a higher level, which promises to help anyone improve their average.

Bowl Abilities is a “learn to bowl” program for older teens and adults with a disability. Carpets are used on the lanes to get participants closer to pins, and a modified 5-frame game helps promote socialisation skills and team work.

There are leagues for children, teens, adults, seniors and people with a disability.

“You can join one of our existing teams or get a group of family and friends together and form your own team,” manager Janine Buckingham said.

“Team bowling takes place on most days and nights so you’ll be able to find a day and time that suits your personal schedule. It’s less expensive to bowl if you are a team bowler and most teams compete for trophies or prizes and celebrate at the end of the season with awards parties.”

Those people without access to email and who wish to enter the competition, are able to text their details to 0477 316 892.
