Two local men are seriously injured after crashing into a tree in Stockleigh on Friday (4 October).
According to police, a silver Holden Commodore was travelling east on Stockleigh Road at around 12.30am when it “left the road and crashed into a tree”.
The driver of the car, a 23-year-old Park Ridge man, was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening-injuries.
The passenger, a 22-year-old Stockleigh man, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries.
“Forensic Crash Unit investigations are ongoing and will establish if speed was a contributing factor to the crash,” police said.
“Investigators are appealing to any witnesses, or anyone with relevant dashcam vision to come forward.”
