A 43-year-old woman has been hospitalised after three men stormed her home in Marsden early this morning (13 June).
Police say the men “forced their way” into the Browns Plains Road property through the front door at around 3am.
“Once inside the men demanded money and property from the female resident,” a statement said.
“During the incident, the woman was struck across the head sustaining a laceration and swelling.”
She was taken to the Logan Hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
They are calling to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity or may have dashcam in the area around the time of the incident if urged to contact police.
