A man was found dead in the yard of a Waterford West property early Saturday 3 February.
Police were called to the Kingston Road property just after 2.30am after receiving reports of an “unresponsive man” in the yard.
Upon arrival they found the 44-year-old man dead.
Police have declared a crime scene and investigations are underway.
