Families in need of emergency accommodation will benefit from $23 million in additional funding for housing support from the state government.
In the past 90 days, the Queensland government has found a social home for 848 new households while also helping renters through $10 million in support.
The government will invest another $23 million for Immediate Housing Response for Families to provide emergency accommodation for families experiencing homelessness.
