The Jimboomba and Surrounds Women’s Group held their first ever self-care expo, SELFtember, just for the ladies.
The “fun-filled” day was full of self-care, education and support.
“Take better care of yourself while discovering incredible products, learning valuable insights, and enjoying the company of inspiring women in your community,” event organisers said.
The event featured stalls hosted by local businesswomen, selling a variety of products and services ranging from skincare and bath products to massages and workshops.
There was a lineup of presentations and information sessions teaching self-care techniques, mindfulness practices, and insights into personal development.
Food and beverages were also available to purchase.
This event is for women 18-years and older.
SELFtember was on Sunday 17 September at Jimboomba Community and District Hall, from 9am to 2pm.
It is planned to be held again next September.
